The lapse in Medicaid payments for Medicare coverage is 9 times out of 10 what makes non drug users who are labeled Disabled become Homeless.

This lapse is created by state welfare agencies who are not communicating with Social Security, and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services properly in a timely or efficient manner.

The simple solution is to provide an option for Medicare Premiums to be paid for in full at the Federal level; because state agencies have been bias towards beneficiaries, mis managing their monies, causing nothing but more problems for the poor.
